• Roof is constructed of 5" profile corrugated cement fibre

• White square Guttering along back edge

• Interior Walls-2"/50mm thick Acoustic filler,covered in Plaster Board 12.5mm thick then a final wipe clean wall covering.

• Interior Ceiling- Suspended insulated ceiling tiles 15mm thick, allowing your own interior lighting needs to be met.

• Interior base- 1"/25mm thick insulated material covered in 3/4" 18mm ply wood for you to then cover with your own choice of finish.

• Electrics- basic wiring, single gang light switch 4 x 2 gang plug sockets cable for lighting routed to your ring main but not connected to it
